What to Know Before Designing Five Panel Hanger Boxes
When designing a customize cardboard box with a hanging tab, the hanger slot must align perfectly with the box’s centerline to prevent tilting or imbalance on retail pegs. Maintain at least 10–12 mm between the hang hole and top fold for durability and tear resistance.
