Safety Margin (Green lines)
Indicates where to safely place text and illustrations. As an industry-standard, all graphics should be at least 0.125 inches from the cut lines.

Indicates the drain section. All graphics that run-up to the cut line must be extended to the cut line for a clean print.
Perforation (Dotted black lines)
Indicates the punched section of the paper that makes it easier to fold or tear.

The minimum order quantity for rigid boxes is 100 pcs as the per unit price makes most sense at this quantity. You can request a price comparison for different quantities to understand the role of the quantity with pricing.
Rigid boxes are hand made with the highest quality material that involves specialized labor and limited production output so you can get the most premium packaging. The Per unit cost may be higher initially but results in higher brand value with premium product presentation.
