StructureDual-Part Construction for Clean FitCustom two piece boxes are composed of a separate lid and base that interlock precisely. Can be configured as full telescope for deeper coverage or partial telescope for lighter, easier opening.
Construction TechniquesRigid Core with Reinforced CornersBuilt using 1.5–3 mm greyboard. Corners are glued or mitred to prevent warping and ensure straight alignment. The lid’s inner edge tolerance which is typically 0.5–1.5 mm, defines the glide and tightness.
Details & Add OnsPremium Wraps and Finishing TouchesEach part is wrapped with 120–150 gsm paper, laminated for scratch resistance. Supports foil, emboss, or spot UV on lid or base. Add ribbons or inserts to enhance protection and unboxing.
