Indemnification & Limitation of Liability:

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless “Themailerbox.com” including its members, directors, employees, representatives, vendors, suppliers, affiliates, and subcontractors from and against any claims, or damages, in case a claim or assert is made against the company because of the so-called wrong acts of the customers or un-proven printing performed of the products by the company and requested by the customers. (a.) violates any legal protection of any individual; or (b.) includes events that are malicious, abusive, or foul; and (c) are the results of unauthorized access to any password-protected area of our website. You shall compensate and hold us safe from any loss, harm, destruction, or vandalism that arises because of any claim (1.) safeguard the company against any asserts (2.) tip any verdict award; and (3.) pay us for any judicial fees and expenditures which are involved.

Payments & Order Confirmation:

The prices of products are in USD (U.S Dollars) on our website “Themailerbox.com”. The payment will also be received in the same currency. The company starts working on your requested order once they have received the total amount due to you which includes taxes, shipping charges, etc. via a mutually decided Payment Source. The Company will verify the payment, the timeline starts after the Payment confirmation & final Design Approval.

Production & design:

       The production involves two stages Pre Design Stage & Production Stage.

• Once you place the order “themailerbox.com” team will provide you with a lower resolution file, you cannot demand the higher resolution file until purchased.  You are solely responsible for all the content and graphics incorporated in the design. Also, you agree that your designs will not have any copyrighted content from any third party. You must have all the necessary permissions and authority to place the approval of the final design. All color, grammatical errors, and sizes of the design are your sole responsibility. The design team at “themailerbox.com” will be there to guide you through all technical stages of design. All the Changes can be made before the confirmation of the design. Once the design is confirmed and there is any change you can ask your concerned manager to confirm the status if it’s not in production “themailerbox.com” will help you fix that. In case it is already in print Themailerbox.com will not be able to help.

Production & Delivery:

“TheMailerbox.com” generally takes 10 -12 working days for standard shipping. We make sure that all orders are delivered on time. For urgent orders, you can place orders with rush shipments. The time however may be changed due to excess production schedule or technical errors in the production. In case of any delay the customer will be notified and in either case, “themailerbox.com” will not be held responsible for the delay.  Order will not be canceled due to delays in production or shipping.

          *All Packaging Material is shipped flat and Pre-assembled.

Return and Refund Policy:

If you find any fault in the printing of your product or the product is not printed according to your specifications, you need to inform the company within 3 working days after receiving your order. In case of faulty printing or not specified printing is proved to be the mistake at our end, we will reprint your original order but don’t refund the money. Defect checking is done by the management team. The customers need to send the defective product’s digital photos to the company using their own expenditure within 7 business days in order to receive the reprint of your product. Accelerated orders have charges which are non-refundable.

No Liability for Errors:

Themailerbox.com is not to be considered responsible if there are errors in the final printed product like:

• Spelling and Grammar mistakes, Font Mistakes
• Graphics punctuation, percolating marks
• Erroneous fonts, Die lines, cropping marks.
• Overprinting errors
• Digital and physical color difference.

Terms & Conditions Update:

Themailerbox.com com has the authority to change any section of our website or Terms and Conditions at any time with or without notice to the customers of Themailerbox.com. The new changes will be in effect as they become the part of terms and conditions of our website. If you keep using the website after new changes to the terms, it will be considered your agreement to the new changes.
